Just currious, those of you in cold weather, what do you plan to wear on the plane? WIll you be bringing your heavy winter jackets with you? I'd feel silly walking into the resort with a big park in 75˚ weather.

I going to wear a sweater and brave the walk from the car to the airport.

My plan is a flannel shirt with a long sweater the rest of the family not sure yet. Saturday (the day we fly out) will be in the 40's so it shouldn't be to bad walking in the airport plus my FIL will be dropping us off at the door

As far as meeting in Epcot on the 13th it does not matter to me what we do? Whatever everyone else is up for? Buzz what do you think? That is if we can get you off of that hammock!!!

DW just found out she has this Sunday off, so I go the brilliant idea of flying down on Saturday instead of Monday. Called to get some pricing on it and CSR is completely booked this weekend. The CM said there will be a lot of conventions in town, but it shouldn't effect the parks much.

When resorts get booked solid, I tend to worry, so I checked the Disney site and all of the value resorts appear to be booked too! The site won't even let me pick Saturday as a check-in day I hope that's not a bad sign for the rest of the week.

There is some big cheerleading thing going on next week at Disney and this is part of the reason for the resorts being so full. Are you going to go down early anyway and maybe stay off site for the two nights?

No. I considered it, but it'll cost us $150 to change our plane tickets and we would have to figure out how to get back and forth to the parks those two days, then money OOP for food, so the overall price plus the hassle would be too much.

I was there last year during pres week and the resorts were full but the parks were not that bad. It was a good week.

Um, ok.
Since I'm in charge, I'll provide a few options and we'll see what works.

Option 1 - The Casual option
Meet at U.K Pavilion at Epcot at 6:30pm. Hang and chat a while, watch British Invasion at 7:00pm then find a spot for illuminations at 8:00pm

Option 2 - The Aggressive option
Meet at showcase plaza at 6:30pm grab one or more Kimunicators and do some Kim Possible missions together.

Option 3 - The these people are weird, I want to bail ASAP option
Meet at Refreshment Port at 7:30pm, grab a drink or two, watch Illuminations at 8:00, then go from there.


One last thing, is this just for people staying at CSR or all DISers?
