I can't believe its your last day!

Great pictures of the lodge and I hate when mousekeeping lurks around your room until you have left. So annoying.

for back to back ToT! It is always fun to watch someone experience the ride for the first time. There was a darling little girl on the ride with us and she didn't scream once.

I think I have to go back and reread some of your posts! I hope you are going to do final thoughts! I've really enjoyed your TR and all your pics!

I always dread the last day also, but it looks like you had a very fun one indeed. I hope you did not get sick, being on the plane and not feeling well is a real downer...

I need to start a new PTR, but I have no trip planned what shall I do? Read all of yours?

I really was procrastinating starting this last day. I actually have one more post and then do a final thoughts/tips page.

I can't believe the little girl didn't scream, I can't stop myself!!! At every drop I'm screaming louder I love that ride!

It was a great ending to the trip, except I did get dreadfully sick at the airport which wasn't fun.

You must plan a new trip! Nothing is in the works? This was my very first TR so no more of mine to read but I think I'll do one about my last December trip now that this is almost done. It is wonderfully distracting from life's stresses to think about fun times.

Your dinner at Jiko sounded fantastic and the service was really something special. We have not been back since they stopped doing the macaroni cheese with the steak, but maybe this is something we need to put right in November.

I'm glad this is not a new feeling, I'm actually sad it's almost done. That's exactly it, I feel like the trip is ending all over again.

Jiko is probably our favorite restaurant at Disney. The first time we went was with the Wanyama Safari and they had the macaroni and cheese which was so delicious! I heard there were many unhappy customers when they took it off the menu.

I had a quick look at the menus on Allears last night and the steak now comes with sweetcorn risotto, which I actually kind of like the sound off. This is now the third variation since they discontinued the macaroni cheese with this. I really have to do something about the ADRs for November.

When we got back to the resort we went out to see the animals for the last time and would you believe it, but my friend the hog was the closest I'd seen it!

I was as happy as a clam to see that beautiful hog one last time

these two pelicans were a hoot and a half, I just loved watching them.

The pelicans were such a sight! I'd never seen them walk with their wings out like that, I thought they were so cute. I was so happy to see the hog again, they make me happy

All of your pics at AKL are amazing I've only been there once...to eat dinner at Boma and walk around the lobby&gift shop ..but your photos certainly have me wanting to visit again. What a beautiful resort.
