yeah I'm familiar with it. with it being that long you may end up needing a splint to wear at night to keep everything stretched. strassburg socks can be worn at night and can decrease recovery time by a lot. I've done kinesio tape on patients with this and half think it helps and the other half don't really notice a big difference. You can find lots of youtube videos that will teach you how if you are interested in trying that. Not sure what all you have tried but those are some things I know have helped others. Good luck and if I can be of any assistance let me know.

Started as the byproduct of a severe leg infection and a long hospital stay. if you can think of anything I am willing to try it.

Ouch. I don't have any suggestions for that one. Like you originally stated its not going to get better anytime soon. That is a pretty big tendon and when its aggravated..well you know what happens. Only thing I can think of is to use a foam roller but you probably already tried that one. Just be careful and don't push too hard.

Yes. In a few days runDisney will post the corral breakdown on their website. I'm guessing no one was supposed to find this link until everything else was ready to be posted.

So you actually know what corral your in before you check in at the expo? well, since I didn't submit a 10k time we can be assured that 47197 and all those around it will be in the last corral LOL :lmao:

Houston, we have a problem. Checked the site and they have me registered for the Dopey, not the Pirate Princess. I know I received emails confirming her for the races so now I need to dig them up. Glad I checked, thanks Justin.

Yes, that's why I added the 'unofficially'. It's probably 99% that your bib # is not going to change because they had to have already ordered them for printing and they may actually already be done. They are apparently fixing some problems with regards to birthdates and such. It sounds like they should be releasing them officially next week along with corral assignments.

Well look at you. Why it seems like just yesterday you were a novice and didn't even have the sense to get out of the way of trucks during your training runs. Now here you are giving advice. You're a genuine runner for sure now.

Last corral isn't so bad. Sure you miss rope drop, but you get the portapotties all to yourself.

That reminds me of another nugget of advice I'm about to drop on you guys. And, yes, this is advice #2 for today - bring your own toilet paper to the start of the race. The portapotties will be all out by the time you get to them.
