I'm definitely not faulting anyone already in Florida. Not even those who traveled to Florida before the path became clear. I know it's hard to leave for a variety of reasons. Heck, my husband's aunt is right outside the evacuation zone in Savannah right now (her house is in the mandatory evacuation zone, but she's hunkering down at a relatives vacant house in a voluntary area). We wish she'd leave altogether, but she won't/can't. What doesn't make sense is people who are still trying to arrive to WDW from places totally unaffected by hurricane (we'd probably try to go to WDW if it were a choice between there and somewhere else in FL), for an optional vacation, when they know Orlando is at a high probability of risk, the parks are closed for at least two days, and they'll be confined to their hotel. But I am pretty sure a lot of people went west to Tampa because Irma was supposed to make landfall on the east side, initially. Lots of people trying to make decisions they think are best for them. Sometimes they work, sometimes they don't, and all of your complaining does nothing to change things.
