No plans for 2019 churning. Travel plans set and paid for (PIF date for cruise is January) Originally planned SW CP and adding a few trips with that but rules change and we can’t get another SW card until end of 2019. Need to decide on travel for 202 but I’m very indecisive which is unlike me. DS wants to go to England to see his fave soccer team. I’m not sure I want to travel outside US much and I know fees for award flight to LHR are high. Could try Universal but torn between CA and FL. Decisions, decisions. Probably will go for CIC in January to bring our UR balance up since we’ve depleted it.

Any suggestions for National Parks in the Midwest (weekend drive from Chicago)? DS is a 4th grader so we have free admission until end of August.

The dunes in Traverse City? That's a national park isn't it?

I CAN say from personal experience that that part of Bora Bora is AMAZING, possibly the most amazing place we have been.

I love this sentiment. For me, the most amazing place I've been to so far is Santorini, Greece. I'll have to see how Bora Bora stacks up when I finally get there.

Which got me thinking - what is everyone else's most amazing place? Even better if you got there on points. :)

Disneyland lol I haven’t really travelled much yet only been to three countries but I hope to explore more soon. I want to go everywhere lol

I've been looking for that OMAAT review of the 2 hotels in Bora Bora (a girl can dream...) and I can't find it. Am I missing something? All I see is that he booked the flights and the hotels.

Are all of those in 2019? 'Cause that's not looking like the slow churner you've become! I'm not one to talk, just curious!
LOL - I call 6-7 cards a year Slow Churning. This year we only got 5 - wish it was 6...THANKS AMEX :badpc: (as opposed to 13, 29 and 14 in the 3 years prior).

Doctor of credit reported packages. I’m searching but haven’t confirmed. I was too excited to share before searching.

Seeing As I’ve only used thre portal once I’m hoping I can’t find cause I’m not skilled and y’all can get better results

Aaaaand I think this is a dud...he shows a screenshot of buying DisneyLand tickets which we all knew was still possible weeks ago. Blech bummer...(I REALLY hope to be proven wrong on this)

Yeah, the article is very misleading. Sorry - I see no hotels either. Tried random dates, I can see Disney hotels on the Citi portal, but not CSR.

Disney back on chase portal for CSR!!!!!

ETA: don’t get excited. Read on. It’s looking like a dud. Send your hate mail by DM.
I prefer to send hate mail via snail mail. Can you get me your address? JK JK JK!!! I'm glad you shared so we could at least check it out! Of course my heart started beating rapidly for a few minutes.

Australia! It was our honeymoon 18 years ago. Although Slovenia was pretty amazing also. Got there free to present my graduate paper at an international conference. So I think even better than getting on points. Plus DH and I got to go to Paris on the front and back ends since it was cheaper to fly there and take a European flight to Slovenia.
