Time to enter the cone of silence.Try to avoid spoilers. Apparently the episode went up in New Zealand as soon as it became May the Fourth there and YouTube exploded with spoilers, even in the thumbnails. Be careful on the Internet. To those here wanting to discuss, spoiler tags are a great courtesy. Thanks.
Just wanted to mention the Prop Culture is soooooo good.
If you like the history aspect of the Imagineering story definitely give this a watch
I may have teared up watching Richard Sherman playing Feed the Birds on the piano in Walt's office
I just watched the first two - amazing! I loved seeing the people who worked on TRON - always been a favorite of mine. In the Mary Poppins episode they show some other cool props just in passing too. Of course the MP stuff was amazing.
To your spoiler, I love how Richard Sherman is the only person allowed to play the piano in Walt's office. Of course he can!
we watched Tron after wathing that episode of Prop Culture and it was neat to spot the items covered in the movie. Especially the scene with the matte painting background - once we knew to look for it, it was interesting to look at it and notice that you could tell part of it was a painted background but if you weren't really looking for it you wouldn't notice
I'm a bit confused by this.
Is it talking about the new Pirates movie that might be a reboot?
Man am I just in a completely different generation than you...Same here...great CW ending but wanted more. The Ahsoka book takes place 1 year later. Of which the prologue is no longer cannon but what we got was much better...but I did miss the one line.
Then watched the Mando documentary...which started out great but then felt like the others didn't have much to talk about with lots of B roll of reactions rather than speaking.
Then finished EpIII (we were watching the movie along with the CW Siege of Mando arc)
Then put on EpIX and oh man I forgot how bad that movie was. So much so I just turned it off after 30min. Wish we could get a JJ cut...any hope for a better story.
Well Clone Wars finale was satisfying but also definitely left me wanting more - would be exctied about a new animated Star Wars project for Disney+
That last scene was something! Vader seeing the helmet, holding the droped light saber that he, as Anakin, had been so excited to give to her not that long ago, and then his reflection in in the helment with Asohka's coloring on it walking away as if he now fully has turned his back on his former life, etc. ... then you have the Morai flying overhead and the role it plays in Rebels in the worlds between episode. So much in that short scene with no dialogue
Do wonder why she left the lightsaber - and only one of them
