Hey all! here is our new home.

DDA originally stood for Disney Design Addicts as most of the posters were addicted to making t-shirt designs. Those designers are still here and many many more people have joined our friendly community. We think that DDA still fits whether you be a Disney Design Addict, Dear Disney Addict, Disney Dream-aholics, Disney Dream Addicts or whatever other acronyms you'd like to throw in there.

Well, I'm not sure where to start 19 or 20 so I'll just jump here. Besides, I've never gotten to post on a pg 1 I don't think.

The time has come and my cousin is awaiting his flight to Iraq. Any prayers for Kris and his squad (or whatever they're called) would be greatly appreciated. A few are also extended family friends. With any luck that there are no delays or extensions, he'll be home in time for Christmas. I'm hoping that with most of us linked on Facebook we'll get some updates from him and or his wife from time to time. This is him and his (now) wife from late last year.

Make sure to tell him to be careful in the showers over there. I was just reading an article that was talking about how shotty the electrical is over there and several soldiers have been electricuted just taking a shower Not that it isn't dangerous enough being in a war, it is our own facilities that are taking lives

We just had the wildest storm come thru here. Very high winds and very, VERY big hail. It started at 4:30pm and was done about half an hour later

Hi, everyone. I see that the party has been ongoing!

DH irritates me because if I don't do all the laundry on the weekend it will sit there until I DO finish it. If there is one more load he will walk past it every day for a week and never bother to toss it in the washer. But he WILL throw more stuff on top of it that doesn't belong in that load.

It is also up to me to go get groceries on the weekend, or there won't be any food until the following weekend when I DO go get groceries.

On DH's days off he can do whatever he wants. He can sleep, he can go to the lake, he can take pics, he can read his photo boards, but he would never do any laundry or go get more groceries other than milk and bread.

Today DS decided to clean out his room. He wants to get rid of just about EVERYTHING. It's a huge task, NOT one that can be finished today, and NOT something he can do by himself.

I decided I have had ENOUGH, so I screamed at both of them for awhile. Now my throat hurts and nothing will change, but it is what it is.

Chuck & Katrina have been to the store several times while I was downstate. However, a lot of the basics were not in the cupboards. We were out of spaghetti sauce, baked beans, deli ham, kleenex, toilet paper, and paper towel. I don't know what else is low because I stopped looking after that.

Off to make Manicotti. I told Mom we could make that today so that I could send some with mom for my sister. Mom bought the containers for her today that I like to use to freeze it so it can go straight from the freezer to the oven. I also will put together a couple of little containers for my mom and Chuck's mom.
