Just turned on the red carpet.
Anybody else watching?
Of course Kobe Bryant is the big news so far. Very sad.

I’m looking forward to the Blake and Gwen duet tonight. Apparently this is their first time performing together.Thank you for reminding me. Going now to set my DVR.
I think this is it. I don’t think @Imzadi hosts a Grammy’s Thread.I am watching
E now. Is there an official thread or not for the Grammy's?
It might just be me and you tonight. Lol.Thanks Disneylover99

I don’t know much about the musicians either. But having a 13 year old daughter helps. Lol. I often get stuck listening in the car.I don't do the Grammys. I don't know enough about the musicians nowadays. Although I do happen to have the Grammy Red Carpet on TV now. So this thread is the official Grammy thread.
I bet he’s going to get mentioned in several speeches as well.Still reeling over hearing about Kobe. So I kind of need something light & fluffy on TV now. And yet, them talking about Kobe every once in a while is helping everyone to process through it.
Entertainment Tonight said Alicia Keyes is opening the show. She is making adjustments now, so they can get in saying something about Kobe.
I heard a bit about that cheating today.Everything just seems very somber tonight, considering the event is at the Staples Center.
I was hearing earlier this week that there were some fixes/cheating of historical Grammy awards and some other controversy as someone at an executive level job was fired. I hate to believe that's true, but it sadly doesn't surprise me.

Well, it’s been a while then. Time to get back into it. lol.Haven’t watched the Grammys since Ronald Reagan’s first term.
