Leaving soon, added pics link post #145

Glad you enjoyed Manny's, Wayne. It's one of our faves.

We walked around the lakes at Celebration at Easter. Like you we didn't realise there was more than one.

For those don't know where Manny's is, it's on H27 at Haines City, 8 miles South of the I4 junction.

A trip to Prime for us really means a trip to Disney outlet store, looked in a couple more stores but none of us wanted to so came away. I really do not know how anyone can enjoy shopping.
I bought a Tshirt and that was all today(in pic below)

Cool T shirt Wayne! :thumbsup2 I love the Disney outlet store at Prime, just hate the drive! (not that I have driven over there before! Maybe this year!)

This morning went to Celebration Geocaching. With it being memorial weekend it was busy so a little difficult searching for caches with so many people around but we found 3 and did a lot of walkin round lakes we never knew existed. One had a baby gator at the side, didn't stay long as no doubt its parents were not far away.

BTW what is Geocaching? We are planning a visit to Celebration in Aug.

Wayne glad you are having a nice time.

Manny's is on our list to try in October. How long would you guesstimate that it would take to drive from Disney to Manny's?

High tech treasure hunting game. Need a GPS and co-ords from this site. 807,879 caches hidden around the world.

Its an easy 30 min drive each way.

Went to Epcot today, Flower and Garden festival, lunch time walked to Beaches and cream. As good as ever, started with a portion of Onion rings which was twice size as we got at Xmas, all had double burger and 3 sodas, total $50. Don't think burgers get any better than this.

This evening went to Logan's Roadhouse. All had Caesar salad not a great start, small and not very crisp. Main course, Matt had 16oz Ribeye, Karen had Chicken and I had a combo of Spicy Sausage, Sirloin and Shrimp skewers. All excellent, steaks were really good. 3 sodas and all you can eat peanuts, had $5 coupon, total paid $50, great value.

AK tomorrow.:goodvibes

Thanks Wayne, we're looking forward to trying it for the first time in October.

We tried Logans for the first time a couple of years ago. I wasn't impressed with the starters but the steaks and sides were yummy.

Enjoy the rest of your trip.

stop it my mouth is watering! :lmao: those steaks mmmm i feel i can almost taste them here:rotfl:
great photos Wayne, we like Logans, love throwing the peanut shells on the floor!!
Have another great day out there-looking forward to the next update and photos!:thumbsup2

Beaches and Cream burgers look so good. I've never had one, need to rectify that on this trip!

How long were you in line over there? The wait time reports have always put me off in the past.

Last Augst mid afternoon it was a 30 min wait, Xmas similar time but only 5 min wait, this trip got there just before opening at 12 noon, in as soon as opened.

Thanks for all the updates Wayne - we love Logans and I think you've sold me on going to B&C for their burgers!

The burgers there are lovely, like how they should be made, sort of old fashioned, another great place for old style burgers is 'Fantasy of Flight' great day/afternoon out - lovely food.:thumbsup2

Loving the food pics! Although they are making me hungry! :)

Last night picked up Rob(Fuse04) and his family Sandra & Hannah from DTD. We all went to Chilis for a meal. Was great to meet Rob after all the months of helping with his trip.
I had Sirloin & Salmon, Matt had Cajun chicken with Pasta & Karen had Monterey Chicken, for dessert we had 2 white choc molten cakes to share, should have stuck with 1, 2 was too much. incl 3 sodas and $5 disc total came to $57.
