Chicken Parmesan at Palo Brunch. (And yes, they can do it gluten-free.)
It is so yummy. A must for Palo Brunch

Embarkation Lunch at Enchanted Garden on Disney Fantasy
After a week of high sodium food at Universal Studio (sushi at Orchid Court Lounge is the only exception), we really enjoyed the embarkation lunch!

We LOVE embarkation day lunch! My mom and mil both had that salmon salad and didn't stop talking about it all week!
Same here! It was refreshing and tasty! I had salmon three times at Universal Studios, twice at Mythos and once at the Kitchen. The second time at Mythos I particularly requested “no salt”. The waitress said she had written down no added salt instead. Yet the salmon came with additional salt on top of the fish. You could see the salt crystals! That salmon salad at Embarkation Lunch had definitely made my day!
