I noticed that there's a room service menu in the room. Made me wonder, are there other DVC resorts that offer room service?
No digital flipping book for VDH menu btw.Cool flipping book room service menu for VGC: https://online.flippingbook.com/view/234366863/12/
That’s great!! They were singing in the Discovery tower one night when we passed at opening!DW and I going to front desk to report room card not working for pool door access when we stumbled upon…The Skeletones! Even when there are glitches Disney does something to make me love them!View attachment 800237View attachment 800238
Room 146? Duo on the first floor with view facing Walnut street? I’m scared to know what your window view look like. I’m assuming it’s the walkway to the grills and the wall.My opinion, the scent of sophistication, undertone of modernity from the midcentury, and a whiff of old-fashioned elegance (from the 50s of course). That’s just my opinion…
Smells like H2O skin lotion honestly:View attachment 800235

Please share room number when you check out. Would love to know which rooms to avoid!Staying here now. I’m a non view room on a low floor facing the HVAC units. It’s SO LOUD. It’s 1 am and cannot sleep.
We had a staycation for DW's birthday a few weeks ago, and had day guests show up in a total of 5 different cars and valet park over three days for lunches, dinners, a character breakfast at Storytellers, etc. Got charged for exactly one night of valet parking for one car, even though it was there for two.
Yeah, unlike so many other things Disney, they seem to usually err on the side of not changing when it comes to DVC parking at VGC.We’ve stayed at VGC so many times, and this was the first time this happened. When I called for the refund, they said that whoever checked us in made the wrong selection, so it seems like we just got unlucky.
Room number is 340. It’s adjacent to another building with vents, HVAC, something causing a loud whirling noise at all times. The beds in the room are located right next to the window which is the perfect spot to hear the noise as loudly as possible. Please share room number when you check out. Sounds like they need to designate them as hearing impaired deluxe villas. Problem solved for you DVC!Room number is 340.
