2. Stayed up and active all day. Went to town and did some shopping. I also saw the "Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants" at the theaters with my sister. It was an alright movie. It was a little weird the way there were so many different stories to follow and mood changes in the movie. It was good though. :teeth:

Exercising Goals
1. Stayed on W/R Program
Did b/t 6 and 6.5 miles (I've been told two different distances for the figure 8 on the track I do). I completed it in 1 hr 51 minutes and 22 seconds. This is between an 18 min and 35 sec per mile pace and a little under a 17 min and 15 sec per mile pace. I need to get an accurate distance.
2. Stayed up and active most of the day. Went to the Pirate Festival in Fort Walton Beach with my dad and two little brothers. It was fun, but there was a lot of people there and Beau, the four yr old, got a blister :sad:

Bible Study Goals
1. Did about 20 min of bible reading before I went out to exercise, but I didn't write down what I read.

Didn't write down anything in my journal past afternoon time on Sunday, 6-5, so I don't have all the info. This is what I remember.

4 fruits and veggies (toppings on veggie lovers personal pan :teeth:, 3 servings asparagus)

And I should not have eaten the entire personal pan or the 6-8 doritos.

Sunday was a rest day and I did rest. I went to church Sunday morning and we are starting a new study about how to handle the stresses of life.

Exercising Goals
1. It was a W3/R2 for 50 min day plus warmup and cooldown. I went a little farther than 3.75 miles which means I broke the 16 minutes per mile pace :cheer2: . As Kronk says on the Emperor's New Groove, "It's all comin' together" :banana: .
2. I did not stay up and active most of the day. My oldest sister came to visit and I mainly sat down and talked with her alot.

Bible Study Goals
1. Didn't do 45 minutes of bible study, however, I did do Monday's reading out of the new Sunday School book. It took about 5 or 10 minutes.

at at o charleys for supper (my salad was not prepared with the dressing on the side, but I ate it anyway and it was bleu cheese dressing too :guilty: )

It was a xtrain for 45 min day, I did so on the bike. It was pleasant.
2. Stayed up and active all day. Went to the Outlets in Foley with my sister. When we went to eat at pizza hut, we ran into an old fried of ours. We grew up in church together and I hadn't seen him in a long time. Everytime in the past that I saw someone from the past I would think "well crap, I guess the only thing that has changed about me is I am fatter :confused3 ". But, not this time. This time I thought, "Yeah, that's right I'm hot stuff :teeth: ! Oh yeah, and you don't look so bad yourself." Our friend looked pretty good :blush: and I'm glad that this time I was able to be proud that I had seen someone that I hadn't in a while. It's really great to have that feeling, when you know you look good(healthy) :banana: .

Bible Study Goals
1. Did the bible reading out of the Sunday School book for Tuesday. However, it wasn't very long so it only took about 5 minutes to complete.
 
6-8 (since I ate four pts over on 6-7 I did some reverse banking and only ate 25 of my 29 alotted pts to even it out)

It was a W3 R2 day for 50 min plus warmup and cooldown. I went b/t 3.75 and 3.8 miles which means I was doing a smidge better than a 16 minute per mile pace :cheer2: .
2. Did not stay up and active after my run.

1. Did sunday school preparation reading for this day. Took 5 minutes.

1. It was a xtrain for 30 min day (I believe or maybe it was 40?) anyway, I did my Veena and Neena Bellydancing for Beginners fat burning workout. It was a lot of fun but was not a good choice the day before the 10 mile walk/run. My calves were so sore :sad2: .
2. Did not stay up and active the rest of the day.

1. Read the bible study from sunday school book (only 5 min).

It was a rest day. I rested. My mother and I took my two little brothers to see the Adventures of Shark Boy and Lava Girl 3-D. It was pretty entertaining. :teeth:
2. Stayed up and active most of the day going to the movies and grocery shopping w/ my mother(this is a workout let me tell you!).

Exercising Goals
1. It was a W3R2 day for 50 min plus warmup and cooldown. Let me get some background info in. On Friday I did the bellydancing workout (it killed my calves :mad: ). Then on Saturday I did 10 miles (on the TM might I add). On Sunday I was pretty dead. Monday came and My muscles were still very fatigued and I was having a little pain on the left side of my left foot right below the ankle bone. I figured it was better to play it safe than sorry so I didn't exercise this day. I went with my sister to town and walking around a little while she was shopping.
2. I didn't stay up and active all day.

1. It was a xtrain for 40 min day. I did my denise austin personal training dvd (the high intensity aerobic workout, low intensity upper body, abs and stretch session).

Finally, I have caught up with you again.

WOW, Z! You are beautiful. It was such a nice surprise to see your photo and that great smile because you have come so far. I did look at the progress pics, what an inspiration! Maybe you can walk me through how to post pics. I have problems with getting them done.

Sorry it has been so long since I added to my journal! My computer is stupid :badpc: . It hasn't been letting me change my siggy, post, or even change the color on the site. It makes me very angry sometimes :mad: . I used my sis's computer to update my siggy yesterday. I am using my mother's computer to post today, but I hope my computer will just start working again magically :wizard: .

1. It was a xtrain for 30 min day
I did the 20 min aerobic portion of my 30 days to thinner thighs video and then I did some strength training totaling 10 min. In the stregth training I used my 3 lb weights and did lots of arm and upper body exercises. I also did about 60 regular crunches on my stability ball and 20 sideways crunches on each side.
2. Stayed up and active all day cleaning to get ready for my bro's b-day party.

Bible Study Goals
1. Did Sunday School Bible Study for yesterday and today. It took about 10 or 15 min.

2. Stayed up and active most of the day. Had to make a long trip to town to buy groceries and such.

2. I stayed up and active all day. I babysat my brothers while my parents went for a father's day ride on the hog :moped: . Oh and another interesting thing. I tried sushi today. I had tried it once before, but it was pretty gross :crazy2: . Anyway I tried bbq eel, salmon, tuna, and some other meaty kind. I also tried some veggie sushi with daikon, carrots, avocado, and cucumber. Out of all of them I surprisingly preferred the bbq eel and the avocado ones. I like to try new things. Even if I've tried something once before I like to try it over and over when I come in contact with it just to make sure I don't like it ;) . I woudn't want to miss out on something good!

Bible Study Goals
1. Did Bible Study for Sunday School and went to sunday school. Together it was about 45 min.
