Goals for 4-29

Eating Goals
1. Ate within my points range :flower:
but could have done without
the 1/2 of a huddle house biscuit I ate (the biscuit appeared to be fried :sad2: so I only ate half)
the two clusters of string beans wrapped in bacon
the blue bell chocolate covered ice cream bar
the 1/2 of a rasberry zinger
the bite of fried fish

2. Had 13 glasses of water :cool1:

Exercising Goals
1. Stayed on W/R Program
It was a 3 mile day doing the Walk 3/ Run 1 sequence. I did my 3 miles in 50 minutes and 58 seconds. This works out to be about a 17 minutes per mile pace. I was a little bummed because I couldn't run outside ( I had to use the TM). It rained all day long :sad2: .
2. Did not stay up and active most of the day. There was a Gilmore Girls marathon on TV from 3 to 9. But I didn't "just" sit on my butt during that time. I hung up all of the laundry that had been forming a "hangup" pile in my tv room and I put up the various stacks of folded clothing. I did get some things accomplished :teeth: .

Bible Study Goals
1. I read Matthew 9:27-38, 11:20-30, 20:1-16, 21:33-46, and Mark 4:21-25 out of THE MESSAGE//REMIX. There is some good stuff in there :teeth: . I still didn't attain my goal of 45 minutes of bible study though.

Didn't you hear? 55th anniversary cake is free since it very rarely happens. ;) Sounds good anyway. It is Wonderful that your grandparents have been married for so long.

Since I am so behind on my days I will now do one long entry. Since I have never taken "How to journal in bulk 101" it may be a bit hard to follow. :teeth:


Goals for 5-6 to 5-10

My life is pretty crazy right now but maybe I'll be able to start posting more regularly again soon.

1. Got in 20 min of bible study (Read Genesis 22-31).

Exercising Goals

1. This was a W3/R1 for 7 miles day. I did this in 2 hours 2 minutes and 24 seconds. It works out to be about a 17.5 minutes per mile pace. When I got bored I mixed it up with a little bit more of the running. At one point I ran for 8 minutes without stopping (I didn't even feel like I was going to die either :teeth: , I could have gone further). I remember when I first started getting back in shape I felt like I was going to implode if I jogged longer than 30 seconds. It sure is crazy how your body can change like that.
2. Did not stay up and active the rest of the day. I feel really good for about 1 hour and a half when I come back from my long W/R's but then I start getting stiff and mopey. If anyone has suggestions about how I could combat this please share it with me.

2. Stayed up and active for the second part of the day. My mother and I tackled the dreaded Super Wal-Mart Beast. Super Wal-Mart is kind of the like the devil :rotfl: . It masquerades as an angel of light. It bids you come, find everything you need/desire. And then, before you know it, it has its claws inside of you sucking you dry by way of things such as greed and jealousy(of course it's just a simile :laughing: )
