Goals for 4-30
Eating Goals
1. Ate within my points range
and I made healthy food choices all day.
2. Had 10 glasses of water
3. Had 6 servings of fruits and veggies

4. Had no fried foods today. I take that back if corn chips are counted as being
fried (I ate a few with Salsa,
yummy).
Exercising Goals
1. Stayed on W/R Program
It was a 3 mile day doing the Walk 3/ Run 1 sequence. I did my 3 miles in 50 minutes and 58 seconds. This works out to be about a 17 minutes per mile pace. I was a little bummed because I couldn't run outside ( I had to use the TM). It rained all day long
.
2. Did
not stay up and active most of the day. There was a Gilmore Girls marathon on TV from 3 to 9. But I didn't "just" sit on my butt during that time. I hung up all of the laundry that had been forming a "hangup" pile in my tv room and I put up the various stacks of folded clothing. I did get some things accomplished

Bible Study Goals
1. I read Matthew 9:27-38, 11:20-30, 20:1-16, 21:33-46, and Mark 4:21-25 out of THE MESSAGE//REMIX. There is some good stuff in there
. I still didn't attain my goal of 45 minutes of bible study though.
