That's it!
The knockoffs must be the "Lien" Cuisines!
Sure....but are they as good as my crock pot recipe for bear?

OK...let's see if John1 behaves himself with this one or if he reverts to the good old days. Just don't get around Kim with it!

I remember driving past a huge brewery -- Anheuser Busch? Also went to a nature preserve.. . . Yes we have the Jelly Belly Factory everyone always remembers the cheap belly flops! The restaurant Mimi's Cafe is in the parking lot of the salon I go to.
My hot pink dress came today....2 sizes too small, but I have another 4 months.....and it is so Cinderella beautiful and the color is an EXACT match to John's shirt. We are going to look so good in our pics. I think I'll get my hair done up....nice! When I get my mani/pedi I will make sure I get hot pink....I already have the color to bring with me. I'm getting so very excited.....more and more everyday!!!

My Coldwater order arrived the other day. I love everything!
Now I just have to lose enough weight to b able to sit down in the dress - I can zipper it right now which surprised me. So if I don't lose anything I'll have to stand for dinner!
We've visited the area a few times. I remember the Jelly Belly factory, the AFB, and a restaurant -- Mimi's Cafe?
I'll bring Sir Elton in May. Enjoyed Sting at your wine soiree on the Magic in November. You and Ted are the perfect hosts! Cheers!

To put the cherry on the sundae, I get up this morning to read this letter to the editor in our local paper . . .
Im concerned that members of the Plain Local school board think voters will approve the levy not in response to yet another set of needs they have foisted on voters but because of bait-and-switch tactics and their latest get the kids involved for the sympathy vote. Its all about marketing, folks. Screw the electorate. Shame on them.
The latest budget cuts are more like petty cash and an insult to our intelligence. Any responsible executive would more than trim the budget by first cutting all assistant positions. If principals and superintendents are well-qualified when they are hired and paid such generous salaries, why do they need assistants?
Much has changed with the onset of the teachers union, hasnt it? Dare not touch the sacred cows and find themselves in a lawsuit. No, its cheaper to play games with the voters and hope yet another time on the ballot will be the charm. After all, theyve got to be worn down by now, dont they?
The boards in your face continuous and millage levy amount does nothing but incite well-informed voters to ask what is it about no that board members fail to understand. To quote the line made famous in the movie Network, Were mad as hell, and were not going to take it anymore.

Yes, I am a member of this school board. Do I strike you all as this irrational?

I haven't gotten mine yet, I think it comes tomorrow. Lisa, do you think they run large or right on?
Always . . . Always . . .
Hey V, I interviewed TWO people this morning who have relocated here from Florida - I asked WHY? Answer was no jobs and the cost of living. No great jobs here either, but I guess if the cost of living is significantly less you can put up with winter - which btw we broke a 100-year record yesterday with a high of 63!
The only jobs I have though are Part-time, paying minimum wage which is now at $7 an hour. Problem is, no one (or hardly anyone) wants to take such a job. I just keep wondering what is going to happen to our country when the good jobs are all gone, and no one wants to work the not so good ones.

I think they run right on. And their sizes seem consistent even in different styles (I have jeans, skirts, and dresses from them all in the same size.)
A lot of other places have a big range - I currently have 3 different sizes of clothing I wear on a regular basis and all fit so I tend to think the middle size is more correct (and all my Coldwater falls into that category).
I might have to take a trip to one of the local stores thiw weekend as they are now having 70% in store sales.
I'm going to watch the People's Choice Awards at 9pm.....should be interesting to see how it goes because of the writer's strike.....besides, I love watching award shows to see the fashions and jewelry and hair.....it gives me good ideas for our fancy dress nights.....besides, I love being a girl!
