This is how we spent some of our weekend. Getting our tropical night and Bubba's pirate night costumes ready.

I will also hope to bring $2 bills, if you want one I will definatly bring you one. I have a stack that I won't spend b/c their so neat. My grandfather used to give them to me for my birthday and say if you always have $2 bill, you will never be broke. I have never spent those bills.
These sound awesome but arne't 2009 cruises already out?
Crazy how rooms are coming and going I tried calling DCL to try and upgrade and one Cat would be available and when I spoke to DH and called back it would be gone and then they would have a different Cat.very weird. I wonder who's cancelling or doing all that room swapping all day...they said it was nutz
Well, I've been having busy days and I'm determined to get some packing done this week
A friend took me out for an early bday lunch at the club(I usually don't go but she does and that's where she took me it was nice) tommorow...last day to volunteer in DS class then DD playdate and take the car in and then Wed. DH and I will go out for my bday...yes day after tax due. He asked what I wanted I said the cruise
Its getting closer and I'm almost done with the planning....it seems like it never ends
but will get to relax when it get here though

Yeah I'm finding it absolute murder to get change back in US greenbacks. Just none to be had no how, for some strange reason.
But yes, like you Ian I too never use cash. My office staff were all shocked when I actually had a $10 bill the other day. I'm notorious for using my Credit Card. I will use it for everything. We get travel points when we use it so we have taken to using it for everything and then paying it off each month. We just keep track of what we are spending so we don't go over our budget. Almost have a return flight for 4 to New York built up in just over 1 year.
There's not too much going on here tonight. Everyone must be getting out their luggage, packing or viewing their lists to see what's left to do. In fact I did a little packing today. I hope to only bring 2 suit cases and 2 carry- ons. There's just the the 2 of us. But you know how that is at the last minute, I panic and throw more stuff in. I know I will have to buy a t-shirt or two or three. Oh my. I think I will just throw in a collapable duffle.

Manuel improves on one front little by little, but the surgeon does not like what he sees in his surgical wound. Tomorrow morning they are going to attempt a CT Scan, and we will know more about where we are going from here. Progress on one front, but bad news so far on another. I am terrified of him having to go back into surgery and having any chance of survival . . .
