To be fair, choosing Zazzle wasn't our choice. Cafe Press doesn't allow for Disney images, and Zazzle does.

We used Cafe Press for the Med Cruise and after about 50 of us did the Disney logo they all of a sudden they said no more! Maybe we were the reason they quit!!

Just got home from my youngest grandson's football game. They won 18-8 and it was cold and windy by the end of the game. This is Chad's picture.

hi Everyone was just wondering how much coverage a person should have for air ambulance? Our insurance covers $5000 for it and just wondering if that is enough in the unfortuante event we need to use it. thanks

Thanks for the tips! Do you know where on Zazzle to go though to search for images you want to add to customize your shirt? I'm 99% sure I'm using the Mickey head design you did, but I just want to see whats out there real quick to see. When I search for Disney, it only takes me to other shirt products- I want to just search for images- am I looking in the wrong place on Zazzle or am I supposed to grab the image I want from another site?

I would just Google any image you want and save to your desktop...that way you will have an unlimited number of images to choose from.
Speaking of, do you think we would get in trouble for using the DCL Logo (the three waves with the Mickey ears in the center)--that would also be a good look for the front.

No personal experience, but an article on EHow.com gave this range for domestic transportation.

"If you elect to use an air ambulance or you are compelled to use one in an emergency, you will be charged based on the individual services rendered. Generally, flight times are predictable, with the price of a Florida-to-New-York trip ranging from $3,500 to $9,000, and one from California to Virginia ranging from $4,500 to $18,000. These base prices are largely determined by what type of aircraft you select and what the air ambulance company has available. The medical staff's degree of specialty will determine additional charges, with trained emergency nurses being the least expensive and specialty physicians and trauma surgeons the most expensive. These prices, and those of medications that may be administered, are far too specialized to give a representative average; you should get a quote directly from the company, if possible.

Read more: How Much Does an Air Ambulance Cost? | eHow.com http://www.ehow.com/about_4674530_much-does-air-ambulance-cost.html#ixzz10gJwA8Xh

So it sounds like $5000 may not cover much.

From what I gather, you can use Disney images on Zazzle without too much difficulty. Especially if we don't make a big commotion over it.
As far as Cafe Press, they made a stink over our images for the 05 Canal cruise. One shirt made it through with no problems, the other was rejected as copywrited. So it's been awhile with Cafe Press. I think it depends on what the image is whether they reject it.

Hi everyone!

I think Zazzle is an excellent choice and I for one thank you and Jeff for everything you have done to help everyone in every direction for this exciting adventure! I know we will all be well dressed whatever we choose!:surfweb: This group has so many helpful people willing to jump in and help with everything we need. I think it is great.

Ryan and I just booked the Segway Tour at Epcot for January 5. Garry and I did both Segway Tours in the past and Ryan is very excited to do it too.

Thanks Jeff! I just ordered out shirts. I put our dis name above the front graphic and our first name below the front graphic. And I added Disney Wonder above the back logo. I left the big logo on the back and just moved it down so my hair doesn't get in the way. :)

For those of you that haven't ordered yet...if your order total is over $50 you can use PRESSPAUSE11 for 10% off. I was able to use it with the free shipping code and with my gift certificate code from groupon. :cool1:

Good morning!

We just booked this cruise since the FLR just came out. This will be our 6th cruise (our 2nd PC trip) with Disney and we are SO excited!

We are in a CAT 9 GTY, so we don't know our room yet. In our cabin will be my Mom (Gee Gee)
my DS (age 9)
and me!

Where are the details on the Cabo trip? Which "front page" are you referring to if you don't mind?

Can't wait to meet everyone!

Welcome aboard! The info for Cabo whale watching and a link to the website is on page 1

Dateline - Old Key West

Good Morning, Everyone!

Yesterday was a sunny Disney Day! DH & my friend LynneR did the Stop, Drop and Roll at the Studios, while I ran errands and out to Give Kids the World with my 10 pounds of toiletries (REALLY good use of all that small stuff one collects from hotel stays). I collected them for lunch at Earl of Sandwich, we shopped in downtown Disney, then LynneR went back to the studios, and we came back to the resort to chill for a while.

Last night's dinner was at Boatwrights - very ymmy - then a long walk around POR with our friends, a show of Pianoman Bob, and home to bed.

While we were at Piano man Bob, we ran into another cute couple who are on this cruise - I don't know if they've signed in here yet, but on another board they are known as WDWNJ and BigRed.

Happy Day, all!

Sounds like FUN!!

DH has done the tequila, beer, wine and martini tastings and would be all for joining anyone. I did the wine with him and just went and watched the others - pretty interesting I must say - especially watching folks navigate the hallways after wards :rotfl:! Remember, if someone wants to go and watch, they allow it without purchasing a ticket.

My DH might be up for one of these.....I didn't know I could just go to watch....learn something new everyday!

I e-mailed Melanie (Pez Gato) on Friday when there were still 8 spots left (we would need 5), but she didn't respond until today. My concern was how safe are the boats for little children...didn't seem from the pictures that there was a railing all the way around the boat. I also asked about life preservers for the kids. When she responded, she mentiond that there were only 4 spots left, and that since there is still interest, she will ask her boss tomorrow if they can use a larger catamaran for us. I'll let you know when she responds.

I hope it will be good news! Plenty of adults and some young teens to help keep watch. Keep me posted what you find out.:goodvibes

I also received an email from Melanie, confirming 36 people (no names mentioned just Disney) booked. She mentioned about maybe going to a larger catamaran, as there is still interest in the tour. Just want everyone to know & understand my response back. I have no problem moving up to the next size (limit 50 people) and feel we could probably get to this number, however I do NOT want them to jump to the largest (70 people). I've done the 50 person limit before in Aruba, nice size group, not too big, not too small, just right! If we fill the boat to the limit whether it be the 40 or 50 size, then we wait for no one. Meaning if we are at 36 and 4 people from a hotel book, total now at 40 and they are running a little late....we will be delayed a bit waiting for them. I also mentioned, I chose this tour because it was a small group and would not have signed on for a party of 70.
I hope everyone understands why I felt I had to respond before a decision was made and we find out later of a change. don't hang me
So excited about this tour and experiencing with everyone here!!:yay:

Well I just finished my 16 hour day at work. It went by a lot faster than I thought it would. Also I am not as tired as I thought I would be. It is really warm by the coast tonight. Somewere near 80 right now. With no AC in our apoartment the next stop is the shower to cool off.

Dateline - Old Key West

Yesterday, we did Magic Kingdom from opening until 10 pm. That was WAY too long for the old lady:rotfl: MSEP is as wonderful as always - I  that music! Dinner at Ohana was WAY too much food, but at least I wasn't hungry again before bedtime. The littlest girl probably ate her weight in shrimp - I could NOT believe how much she ate. (She's barely 30 pounds)

Sounds like a really lovely day Linda! I still wish that we were a lot closer to a Disney Park.

The weather is starting to warm up here in Sydney. Sunny blue skies with tops of 25 and cool nights are just lovely. Had a great day catching up with friends but sure missing both sets of parents who are away!

Maybe someday there will be a park in OZ?

He must have been a really fun guy! The twinkle comes through, even in the photograph.

Making a Shirt
Greetings Barb!!
To make your own shirt, take the link to zazzle that is posted on Pg 168 (?) of the thread.
Once there, you will notice just below the main model picture a little orange rectangle that says "CUSTOMIZE IT"--Click that.
Look off to the right and you will see a link to "2. CHOOSE STYLE AND COLOR"--Click on "SEE ALL" and it will take you to all of the shirt styles you can choose.
Once you have chosen your shirt style, you can begin to adjust the size of the image.
Begin with the back image (which should already be there) and adjust or keep as is. Then, you will notice below the main (or larger) model picture, there are smaller images of the model at different angles. Click on the image of the model's front.
Look over to the right again and click on "1. CUSTOMIZE IT" Click on "ADD IMAGE" and then search your computer for the image you would like to add (if it is the Mickey one, I attached the pic here--assuming it works. If it doesn't, let me know and I will send it to your email).
Once you have the image on the front, look off to the right again and look for the arrows. Click on the arrows to adjust the location of the photo.
When you have the photo in the correct place, you can adjust the size by clicking it. If you click on the image you will get a box around it that allows you to adjust the size.
When you do that, you will lose the full size picture of the model, so if you want to see that again, look above the big picture of the model and click on the tab "MODEL" (I tell you this only because it took me FOREVER to figure out).
That's it...from there you would order like normal.
Good Luck!

I customized and ordered our shirts yesterday and this morning I got an e-mail from Zazzle telling me my order was canceled. The information on the shirt was copyrighted.

Result: Not Approved
Content Issues:
--- Design contains an image or text that is copyrighted.

Did anyone else get canceled or is this just going to be a sign of the kind of Monday I'm going to have. sigh :sad1:

So now what? Any ideas? What would be the copyrighted parts to change. Plus, I have no idea how to change the picture. I used the Panama map from Jeff for the back and the small Mickey shaped head with map inside on the front.

Happy Monday to everyone......
Barb

I ordered ours yesterday and haven't received an e-mail...yet. Did you add text to the shirt? If so, what did it say?

He was so much fun and the love of my life. No one had more fun at Disney! He could be ready to go in less than half an hour and loved to surprise me with a trip, but never could keep the surprise until time...always had to tell early! You just can't imagine how much I miss him:littleangel:
