Disney will staff parks to capacity so if parks are 25% full they won't have 100% CMs.

He floated 50% as a seemingly hypothetical as well as a few other lower numbers, so the short answer is no. They're emphasizing dated tickets right now.Did he say a percent of standard capacity?!
