Disney will staff parks to capacity so if parks are 25% full they won't have 100% CMs.

Sounded like things/projects under construction and things still in the pre construction stage to be looked at to see where costs can be managed will go forward

Projects that aren’t far along, or haven’t started yet will likely get the axe, temporarily or permanently

That stood out to me as well. I don't think Disney could fill 50% of max capacity at the moment.

He floated 50% as a seemingly hypothetical as well as a few other lower numbers, so the short answer is no. They're emphasizing dated tickets right now.

Dated tickets will be used in Shanghai but that may not be used everywhere.
