Disney's Club Level (CL) Information & Questions

I get that issue....but mine has been existing for a while for my september stay. it dropped off when they deleted my dining plan and no one has been able to explain or fix
yep that is a pickle. but between the confirmation emails have faith they will get it figured out. Usually Disney is really good at handling things in favor of guests although this whole fiasco (closure and reopening, AP handling, lack of communication, no consistent rules, etc) has left such a bad taste. And I cannot shake the feeling I just got taken. So I completely understand. GS agent did say WDW is not offering anything to make right at this point.

Honestly, I have such an odd feeling about what I just did I think I will likely cancel outright, that week of our trip. The attorney in me wants black and white/fair, consistent application of policies and decent CS. I don't feel like I'm getting that. Plus the agent did say she that she is so worried about Covid that she stopped going to target and other stores when she saw all the tourists coming back into Orlando. I was shocked she admitted that.

Poly cl moved no charge to BLT Lake view 2 bedroom for July.:worship:

For my August stay gf rpc moved to VGF 1 bedroom Lake view with 35% off at least. Room only $747 a nite!:cloud9:
What were your Aug dates? I wasn't able to stay for dates Aug4-11. They moved me to Riveria One Bedroom preferred. I had other options I didn't choose. I didn't want Contemporary and Poly and GF Villas weren't available. I'm bummed not staying at Grand CL but the Riveria One Bedroom is huge.

So got a hold of someone in Guest Services. Since my room (AKL CL mid-July) was through a third party booking the wholesale services division is actually updating those reservations with the third party. It's supposed to magically change in MDE when they do it, and could be up to a week to see it happen. If it doesn't change in a week they said I need to call the third party for updates.

8/20-23.

We did the RR 1 bedroom in February, loved it!

I was originally booked Poly Club for July 19th-26th---and was changed to Riviera 2 bedroom villa---I'll definitely miss the POLY this year, but it will be nice to have the extra room and count my self VERY lucky---I don't know anything about the Riviera, but the cast member did confirm the skyline will be up and running which is a nice perk as most of our park days will be at HS and Epcot, so that all worked out nicely actually. Sending out special vibes and Disney magic to everyone still trying to get thru to speak with guest services...

So now I know I’m at BLT in a 2 bedroom for 2 people boy I sure can make a fun club level experience!

I get to have coffee in bed since there is a pot!

Dd can have a bagel there’s a toaster.

We have a fridge and real glasses so mimosas may be required .

We have 2 balconies!! She can FaceTime her bf in private while I’m on the other one calling my mom (I’m a good girl)!

Grab lunch from contempo cafe with cupcakes and eat in our huge kitchen!

Stock the fridge with snacks from Fantasia Market!

Book some dining since parks close early.

Run around like kids in that huge space!

Ooh that big tub in master ! We can wear swim suits and watch Stacey do the must dos (can see tv from tub)with champagne cause
WE ARE GOING to Disney World!

Low crowds ! Got MK 16, HS 17, MK 18, AK 19.

You can mobile order from the room and run down for it when you get the text lol! I loved that!

The bar at the lobby has fun desserts and you can get beverages to go if want in the room. The store has a nice selection of stuff too.

We loved RR! The skyliner was so convenient too!

I’m curious how those of you who have managed to get through to guest services accomplished it?! I have been trying nonstop since yesterday at 1. I keep getting the “all circuits are busy now” recording. My problem isn’t CL related, it’s an AP dilemma. I was able to secure park passes for August (after more than 5 hours on multiple devices and multiple browsers on each device...I was even using my daughter’s computer, too, and it was hers that was finally the success!), but I can’t for our Thanksgiving trip. Our passes expire just days before our arrival at Disney. I intend to renew them, but I’m sure by the time I’m finally able to do this, parks won‘t have availability any longer. I am hopeful there’s a solution to this. I would even pay to renew the passes now (provided they wouldn’t be valid until our current ones expire) if they would give me this option. But I have not been successful in getting through. I wish I had done my homework a bit better and just purchased regular park tickets when that option was available. I thought that the number of days by which our passes were extended would cover November, but it turns out not quite. >:(

Had Club Level booked for Gran Destino, after 2 days of calling and waiting I was able to get switched to WL Boulder Ridge Studio. I'm happy with this and it will be nice to have the Kitchenette. Now I need to start sharpening my microwave cooking skills.....
Don’t forget all the yummy snacks you can store in your fridge and pretend it’s your personal CL!

(I prefer toaster cooking. You can do hash browns in there, breakfast sandwiches, bagels) make ahead snacks like cinnamon buns (or buy them), cookies, macarons, the list goes on...

Or you can add Pepperandchips to your reservation to be your personal chef and she will have you living like you’re at BWI cl for appetizers :rotfl2: we won’t even need a hot plate. There’s a range!

This is heading towards OT for this thread but I see comments about Uni CL and the Uni resorts somewhat often, so looking for some help/support/assurance from those with experience.
A little late to the party on this, but we are going to jump ship too. Right now we have WL CL booked for Nov, but it was a room only res and the only tickets I had purchased were 2 day passes from 4 years ago that we didn't end up using on a trip. So right now we have 7 nights of CL booked and only 2 days of park (after three hours of the pink castle I got two days of reservations). I am very on the fence about the trip as it is, so even when tickets open up again, I don't want to purchase anymore. DD has a child ticket and will age out of it a month after our trip.
I have been looking at Royal Pacific club, two days at UO and maybe a SeaWorld day (mostly for me). DD just discovered HP in the last year and is super excited it could be a part of our trip. I think we will start at UO and end at WDW (hopefully WL is open by then). I saw on FB someone with a late October WL reservation said they got moved to BRV. The fact that so many people with July reservations that haven't seen a modification yet but someone with an Oct did makes me think that is suspect but :confused3
Now to start stalking the Universal section of the board for trip reports.
The numbers in FL right now don't make my vacation hopes very high.

OMG, I feel like I need a crash course in Studio Villa cooking! Never thought of hash browns!!!! Brilliant!

We were moved from Poly to a BLT 2BR as well. It might just end up being two of us... and a small part of me feels a little bad for taking up such a large/nice room.... but the CM said that’s my only option, so oh well!! If you insist Disney!!

Going to be @copying @trishadono’s villa CL plan, too funny.
