PS.... those weren't my horses or my ranch ... just to clear that up. My parents own a large horse ranch and live about an hour away from me. We go visit most weekends depending on the weather.

We live much closer to the city and in a subdivision. I love visiting the country... its just not where I want to live. princess:

i have to admit this mom does NOT do the tea cups
When I was 5 years old my daddy and I had a special day alone at the park (remember i used to live right there)
he loaded me up on hot dogs, cotton candy and lots of cokes..... then thought it would be COOL if we both went on the tea cups  it is the ONE and ONLY ride that I have ever been ill on but from that day on I have NEVER gotten back on it :rotfl:

I did get sick once at Circus World... HEY YOU OLD TIMERS REMEMBER CIRCUS WORLD?!?!!? But it was during the magic show and I think I had a bug more than anything else...

I have ridden the "rough side" of MS ONE TIME! I didn't get ill but was WAY dizzy... of course my DS10 who has a stomach of iron thought it would be cute if he yelled my name so I had to look to the side at him waving and grining at me :scared1: NOT RECOMMENDED
Since I did get a bit green... this past trip I did the wimpy version :thumbsup2

What about you? Ever get sick on a ride?

Hey I remember Circus World! Was there more than one? I went to the one in Haines City, close to WDW!

I am a thrill junkie and my sister and I went on the primeval whirl at AK, and good gravy is that thing horrendous. I got really unhappy through it, it was just to much slinging and rough jolts..... not fun! The first time I went on Mission space was during my and Dsis girls weekend at WDW we stayed at the AS Movies, and yikes that was roughin it! Don't tell Kristin b/c she will be like "stop making fun of me and my pop stay! Mandy stayed at the AS whay don't you make fun of her?" and on and on and on:rotfl: Anyways we ate Dinner at the Brown Derby before we went over to Epcot and I had a choc. martini that 3/4 through it the glass exploded :scared1: They brought me out a pom martini and then a comp. grapefruit cake and I swear that capsule was going to have a white choc-pomegranate-grapefruit martini all over it :scared1: It's fun just not when your tipsy and full!

By the way, I wish I could join you and Savannah in the parks.....My fave is teacups and I can get them to spinning really fast! See what I mean, look at the blur behind me! ~

Oh yea I almost forgot! I got married on December 4th, the day before my 19th b-day. I know, I know, I was young AND dumb. Now I get a combo gifts and the cards all say Happy anniversary-birthday-Christmas. Any ways my colors were Ivory and gold...... Our church goes all out at Christmas with lots of garland and red bows And two massive trees, we didn't have to spend much because mainly added a huge arrangement at the center front and then had TONS of candles and fresh Christmas greenery attached to these tall lanterns on polls down the aisle. My florist was awesome we had to cut our budget but she made it work. We did a winter wonderland at the reception with lights on fresh trees in plain white lights and sugared fruit and rose topiaries on the tables and buffets...... We had a choc. gingerspice cake for the grooms cake that looked like a gingerbread house! It was so whimsical, I LOVE Christmas weddings!

Have a good weekend ladies..... I'm busy busy and I go to the Podcast thing this weekend for you Podcast fans! I will tell them the GF girls say hello. :)

Mandymommy - You can add Walt's B-Day (Dec. 5) in with your string of celebrations for one card!

BTW - you have a lovely family.

Good morning gals- Got a good night's sleep between hubby's snoring. (drives me crazy) I made it through about 5 minutes of the show and then I was out like a light. Sounds like I did not miss much.

I am a December bride also. Dec 19th will be our 10 year Anniversary this year and this is why we are going to the Grand! We had a beautiful wedding. Everything was black and white with a ton of white lights on all the trees etc. (a little red thrown in) We had a candlelight ceremony. It was a perfect day. Santa showed up at the reception for the little ones.

Thanks for the photos Channing. I am going with the GF spa/Ivy trellis thing and then off to the Wonderland Tea Party. How much time should I allow at the spa and Ivy Trellis? The girls will just get manicures and pedicures and I will probably have a pedicure. I would love to have a massage but not to sure how Lily will do so I better stay close by. I will let them choose their dresses the day before or maybe have the GF gift shop wrap them up and deliver to the room. I have been to the shop in the Grand and remember all the dresses but not sure what type they have. If memory serves me right, they had a good collection. Does anyone know if they will have the Christmas Belle?? This is the only dress Lexi wants.

Hope everyone has a good day. It is chilly here. I am going to dig into cleaning the girls' bedrooms. YUCK!!

That be the one! I used to when I was a little girl :goodvibes
Remember how they would strap you in to a harness and let your do the trapeeze? I always remember doing that... the strange things little kids remember :goodvibes

we stayed at the AS Movies, and yikes that was roughin it!
:scared1: :scared1: J/K
Actually I am all for cheap quickie trips... trust me I have planned some great one! When my Godmother lived in Germany (I was a teenager) I wold fly over and spend several weeks at her house in the summer. I would take these cheapy tours ... like Greece for under $100 a day :rotfl2: Talk about checking the bathtub for roaches :scared1: but Those tours were a BLAST!!!! I remember my brother at the Vatacin in rome.... he actually went up to the guard and asked, "Hey is the Pope Catholic?" :rotfl:
We were teenagers and found things like that hysterical.

By the way, I wish I could join you and Savannah in the parks.....My fave is teacups and I can get them to spinning really fast! See what I mean, look at the blur behind me! ~
PM me the AP dates they let the mere commoners in and we can see if we can come up with something :yay:
We will be there June 14-21. The VIP tour guide is supposed to be able to take her on the TEa cups WITHOUT ME
I got married on December 4th, the day before my 19th b-day.
OMG.... My birthday is Dec 6 and we got married Dec 21  I go through the same thing!!!!
I have been to the shop in the Grand and remember all the dresses but not sure what type they have
When I was there in Feb, they had all the same dresses from BBB plus all the shoes, gloves, purses, crowns, earings, wigs... errr you get the idea

The sky is black this morning!!!! OH goodness I might lose electricity today as it is looking REALLY REALLY BAD... so if I am not on here today, I am on my way to OZ

:cheer2: :cheer2:

I just wanted to share I have 41 days until I am in the lap of luxury princess: that is 1,000 hours or 60277 minutes.... not that I am counting ;)

Brook- Do you remember if they had the little tiara that is used at BBB? Em saw it last night (darn travel channel!) and now she wants the princess "hat." But, I don't think she will sit still long enough for the BBB thing, not if I want her to behave at breakfast anyway. If I had the tiara I could do it myself for her castle breakfast.

:) Sheli

True dat! When you meet me you will know just how funny that is coming from this little white girl!

I copied that from the other thread cause I don't wanna get into trouble for chatting :rotfl2:
Girl I was thinking..... I think we were sisters seperated at birth :rotfl2:
We are both Gymbo addicts, Both Jesus Chicks, Both Sagittarius, both stay at home mommies... I am pretty sure we are going to bond ;)

Mandy must still be in bed. She was posting at some crazy hour in the morning. Is the Podcast thing today?? She must have been pretty excited to stay up all night!

You can get that big Tiara anywhere they sell the dresses. The little one they have at BBB I didn't see in the stores BUT its not the same as the one they showed last night. Here is the one they do in the BBB:

Now I do like this smaller one they use at BBB ... it was easier to keep in her hair. the one they had on the show was the great big crown one they sell almost everywhere.
Check the GF 2nd floor kid gift shop. Also the Emporium at MK has a huge selection of all things princess.

As you can see.... they put her hair in a bun, put a sticker on her cheek, added a comb tiara, threw a ton of glitter on her and charged me 200 bucks :rotfl2:
well that did include the dress, shoes and all... but still :rolleyes1

Oh trust me I know!

Actually it's freaky, I think I was destined to me a Disney fan! I did a report in middle school about him and discovered that. I have a mickey head birthmark on my upper thigh (only DH can see;) ) Being a central FL native that has been raised a pass holder almost all my life....... Poor DH he has just given up, all adds are against him so he has just had to join the club!

Yeah she was going to that today. I am sure when she gets back she will let us know how it went :goodvibes
I think it ends at 4 her time.... not sure of the exact time though:confused3

I'm here :surfweb: I have had some weird night's the last week. I am exhausted but my mind won't shut down...... I was blogging last night and hopped over here just to check on everyone and all I could hear were crickets......

Good Morning!!

Do they still do the photo sittings at GF?? Has anyone done it?? Would you recommend it? Info please :upsidedow

We did it last year when it was first starting.... since I have had my flame suit on since yesterday (MAN- this thing is hot!!) I will keep it on (not that I think I need it here) It was fun, but I don't understand why people would do this if they aren't staying there??? :confused3 We want to do a Christmas themed one this year. I will post a couple of shots- we hardly got any outside since it started to rain

:cheer2: :cheer2:

I wish I had some of your energy! Have fun today!

Anyone ever use Women to Women supplements for menopausal symptoms?? I have been really struggling with headaches, night sweats, etc. I found these and I am going to try it. A nurse called me yesterday to give me some info to get started. Just wondering if anyone has heard of it??
