DVC member Halloween party event?

I just reserved for the DVC Halloween party at Grand Californian (Disneyland). Had to wait about 10 minutes for the event to load into the system, but didn't have any issues. Yay for a Haunted Mansion-inspired event!

I just confirmed my reservation for the DVC Halloween party at the Grand California as well. I like that the theme is Haunted Mansion but as a single adult I hope it's not just for the young kids.

DL event looked awesome! WDW had Jake, Hook and Smee. It was cute- esp. for little ones, but we likely wouldn't do it again. My kids are 9 and 11 and though the games/prizes were a bit silly. DJ was great.
